About

My name is Will Mooreston and this is a collection of various projects, papers, sketches, and other works I’ve produced.

In 2016 I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Washington, with a B.S. in Environmental Science and Resource Management, specializing in Landscape Ecology and Conservation, and a minor in Urban Ecological Design.

I spent nearly two decades performing IT magic in a variety of roles before taking a break to pursue my bachelor’s degree. While immersed in trees and hydrological cycles, I kept my IT skills sharp by helping classmates with hardware and software difficulties. More than anything, I stayed curious, reading up on new technological advances in the news, and tinkering at home.

When not studying all the things, I also enjoy participating in triathlons, running long distances, baking brownies, and exploring the world with my wife, son, and daughter.
